Policy Statement
A-TEC International Ltd's objective is to supply to a Customer components or materials that comply exactly with the Part Number and Production Date (Code) classification that a Customer's Purchase Order specifies.
It is not within A-TEC's technical capability to ascertain or ensure that any Part or Material, which a Customer specifies, complies with any applicable directive or specification. A-TEC must, and do, totally rely on a Customer to have ascertained, before supplying a Part Number and Date Code to A-TEC, that the details given to A-TEC within a Purchase Order satisfy all of a Customer's technical and environmental criteria.
Although A-TEC thoroughly check that parts received comply with 'parts ordered' we feel that it is also the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the Parts or Material delivered to the Customer, fully comply with the Part Number and Date Code specified on the Customers Purchase Order. Any discrepancy must be advised to A-TEC within 3 days, in accordance with A-TEC's standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
